I'm sorry November has been such an overwhelming month for you! For what it's worth, I have a habit of biting off more than I can chew as well. And when things go sideways, the things I really want to do (like writing) are the first to take the hit in favor of things I "need" to do. I think we all need to remember that the things we do for others are enough, and that we need to take care of ourselves and our own mental health too! I'm hoping to use that philosophy to rest and recharge for the month of December.
For December, Im here for remembering what’s truly important and sending energy there. Things that might seem frivolous but make me happy: dinners out, nails done, playing Rock Band with my boo and puppy snuggles. “A bit much” is so fitting for this year. Time to close out on a (high) low note 💕💕
Do not discount frivolity!! All of these are absolutely lovely. And yes to high low notes as we take care of ourselves so we can be our best for the world!
