Well now. This does resonate. I feel like my canine companion Izzy is as much a part of my life and who I am as anything else, I suppose. We make a pact with dogs: "I will love you unconditionally". "I will take care of and keep you safe for all of your life". Who is saying what is unimportant. Dogs are our best selves, reflected as unbound enthusiasm and love.
It is no accident that my dog is the centerpiece of my vision board - and I'm married! Oops. 🐾❤️
